• Generated Images: We store the AI-generated images created through our service in your library.
• Face Detection: We use face images you upload to train personalized AI models for your use only. Your device checks image quality locally. We securely store your images and share them exclusively with our AI partner Replicate for model creation. You can delete your face data anytime, and we automatically remove it 30 days after model completion unless you request earlier deletion.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our app, including the styles and categories you select, features you use, and actions you take.
• Device Information: We collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our service, including generating AI photos based on your uploads
• To personalize your experience and deliver content relevant to your preferences

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We use Supabase for data storage and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored in our secure cloud storage. You can delete your images from your library at any time.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us provide and improve our service (such as cloud storage providers, payment processors, and AI model providers)

Phototy uses artificial intelligence to transform your photos. Our AI models are trained on diverse datasets to create various styles and effects. When you upload photos, they are processed by our AI systems to generate new images based on your selected styles.

We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models and service quality. This process does not identify you personally.
